A myRAteam member reported positive results from taking turmeric tablets for their RA symptoms. While honey and ginger aren't specifically mentioned in the research provided, combining turmeric with black pepper is actually a smart approach. Black pepper can help increase the absorption of curcumin in the body.

Before starting any new supplement regimen, even natural ones, it's important to discuss it with your healthcare provider to ensure it won't interact with your current medications or treatment plan.

The report shows that only Turmeric helps with symptoms. That concoction you mentioned with the black pepper has been used for a lot of things including weight loss. But absolutely nothing organic is going to replace the RA treatments prescribed by your rheumatologist I want to get that out there. If you have a mild form of RA or osteoarthritis Turmeric does help.
