No, you shouldn't be experiencing severe pain after an infusion. I tried Simponi Aria infusions which didn't really produce good results for me & I just started Orencia infusions. I would talk to your Rheumatologist to make sure you're not having an adverse reaction to the medication or you could coincidentally in a flareup as some people can take months before they start feeling the good effects or benefits from a Biologic infusion medication.
