My ankles have been killing me and it looks like both ankles are swollen the R one more than the L. Is this common?
Usually I get pain in my fingers, wrist, elbows, hips and knees. My ankles are new.

Yes, some days worse or better than others. That photo of your ankles looks precisely like mine on many evenings. It doesn't seem to depend on how much standing or sitting or any kind of activity. Some days, no swelling at all. I've given up trying to figure out the reason.
Yes often. Mine started in my right foot. Now at times, during a flare, my ankles and tops of feet can swell.
For me it started w ankles and feet, and still swollen. Only depends how much swollen.
Absolutely It normally affects both hands in feet with me, just depends on the level of flare lol it’s kinda sneaky at times.
You bet. Part of the reason I took early retirement was my ankles and feet were in such bad shape. They are better now that I’ve been retired and off them for a year..
