We've been on the go a lot and today marks 10 years since my son passed. My stress has been at an all time high. My right knee feels like it's popping when I walk or get up. It's un serving to feel or hear. It's not awfully un conformable but the sound fries me out. After 20 years with ra is this just my ra progressing? I think the anxiety about the sound makes my mind go into panic mode? Any thoughts? Thanks y'all

Thank you..I don't feel alone. I needed your words..
Do you have a primary care physician Deb?
Yes my knees and elbows pop during a flare
Mine were like that and eventually had both knees replaced within six months of each. Since then I've had both shoulders replaced and they are all good now might be better to ask to see a orthopedic doctor to see if the cartridge has worn away then you will get the advice on how to forward hope things go well good luck
