I had nerve testing which showed I have cubital tunnel in both arms leading to tingling, numbness and stiffness in fingers. Well was advised cubital tunnel effects ring fingers and pinky. Yes there is also a surgery to place the nerve out of harms way to relieve the numbness
I really believe sleeping with arms straight and not bending at elbows 8 hours a day the pinched nerves worked their way out. I had distinct pain in one the day it happen.
I do not have near the numbness, tingling and am able to hold a coffee cup in the morning with one hand since I retired. I had cubitol tunnel in both arms. Pinched nerve at elbow. There are days I don't feel the numbness or tingling at all. Will say on days I do are the days I have not been careful with my diet the day before. Leads me to think that is the arthritis.

I believe the typing is overusing your nerves because it’s your job. I gave both cubitol and carpal tunnel syndrome using the computer. I had the same EMG study. If it is really annoying they have wrist splints or braces
