Has Anybody Tried Ibufrofen Cream, It Does Not Seem To Help Much.

I used to take Diclofenac but they stopped it, they told me they can not give me it anymore. It helped me a lot, but since then all I have is Ibuprofen and paracetamol.

Sandy,
You might want to try either Dragon's Numbing Gel or Vick's Children's VapoCream. I get the Vick's in stick form, makes less mess..lol..that could just be me that is messy. Anyway,these have worked for me.

Fairly useless unless on very superficial joints, and then variable in effect. Diclofenac better, but not marvellous.
