What I would do is swoosh/rinse your mouth with baking soda. Dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in 4-6 oz of water then swoosh it around your mouth for a few minutes. I use this method every time I have some dental discomfort and it always works. I normally wash my mouth with Baking Soda(Sodium Bicarbonate) and a bit of coconut oil. I know it might sound crazy but you can google it it's there and it WORKS... it will reduce the acidity in your mouth along with bad breath and reduce bacterial growth.
