It sounds challenging to deal with limited grip strength. Here are a few suggestions that might help make opening jars and other tasks easier:

- Consider using assistive devices like mounted jar openers, which can help you open jars without requiring much grip strength.
- Tools such as buttonhooks can also make it easier to manage clothing without relying on strong grip.
- An occupational therapist might recommend ergonomic tools that are designed to be easier on your joints.
- You could also explore using a kitchen knife with a hand grip to protect your finger and wrist joints.

These tools are designed to reduce the pressure exerted on your hands during daily tasks, which might be particularly helpful for you.

I had gotten a set of jar openers from Amazon the set came with three sizes. Two were for jars then the third was for any type size bottle that needed to be open. I have found this works well for my needs.
