Hello Debbie565 hope you are well. Inflectra is a biosimlar to Remicade. I did well with orginal Remicade for 7 years until the Dr stop doing the treatment in his office/then had to go to a infusion center then they give me biosimlar Infliximab/Inflectra it did not work at all. My inflammation was not under control/severe stomach pain constipation due to this biosimlar. But it may work for you/good for 1 or bad for another 🤔. Just know if this start happening it could be this medication 💊 tell you Dr immediately for him to change the medication. But I don't feel any scary incident during the infusion treatment that went will it was after when at home.
