Yes and it locks up terribly so then I have to force myself to do PT stretching exercises. They do help but can take a while & some tears to pull me out of it but so worth it in the end. The other things that help are ibuprofen & ice packs. My neck also gets really sore.
Sometimes this is caused by how I sleep as I am a side sleeper but for the most part it is my my stress level which makes my RA flare, also I know weather plays a huge part as living in MT I have a harder time in the winter months.

Hello LindseyJoy, Yes due to RA inflammation causing my rotator cuff to tear 3x. It hurt like hell/see a orthopedic arm shoulder Dr so he can do a MRI. Have goodnight.
