How Do You Deal With Brain Fog, What Helps You?
I still don't know how to deal with brain fog and get confused easy. When I get brain fog, I notice I start dropping and breaking things more and I am way easier to get upset and stressed out. So, that in mind how do you deal with your brain fog filled days?
If you ever struggle to remember basic names of items, let me know. I sometimes feel like a complete idiot! LOL.
