I am going to try out- my feet, elbows, knees … you get it. Anyone tried this? If so what did you notice? How long does it take to work? What should I be aware of

We can also take magnesium supplements but check with your doctors first on that. It should be ok but everyone takes different meds. Topical creams should also be mentioned to your doctor eventhough they don't go through the digestive system- they get picked up in our blood.

My grandson- 4- is having growing pains, leg aches at night. I recommended she might try the magnesium lotion for him but check with pediatrician first. I'd think it would be safer than ibuprophen or tylenol.
