Members shared their personal experiences with Leflunomide 10mg, with many reporting little to no side effects and good disease control, including reduced pain, fewer flares, and improved mobility. Several members noted the importance of regular lab monitoring, including CBC, ALT, AST, and creatinine levels, as some had to stop the medication due to elevated liver enzymes or low white blood cell counts. A recurring theme was that while no medication works perfectly for everyone, Leflunomide has been a manageable and effective option for many who could not tolerate Methotrexate or Hydroxychloroquine.

I take 10 mg Leflunomide daily, no side effects. Started with Methrotrexate and then Hydroxychloroquine had awful side effects on both of those drugs, could not tolerate had to go off. Been a year on Leflunomide, still have some sleep issues, some aching, stiffness, soreness and fatigue on and off but no big nasty flares. I don’t think any of these drugs are 100%, unless one is blessed with going into remission.

I take 10 mg Leflunomide daily, with Panquil and very few side effects. a bit of itching, mostly on my back. These 2 are working really well for me. I take other OTC vitamins for hair, skin and nails + Omega 3 fish oil, collagen every day.

I have taken Leflonumide but had to stop due too high levels of ALT and AST. My liver couldn’t handle it after a while. You should definitely have those levels regularly monitored. I hope it is a good med for you, fingers crossed!

I've been on leflunomide for years. I decreased to 4X/week now. Still doing well. Little to no side effects, I have slightly low white blood cell count and slightly elevated ALT.
