I have a question for the expert or anyone.

I heard for women taking estrogen helps RA and osteoporosis. it helps osteoporosis stop the progression and with RA and it helps with the inflammation.

I’ve been reading about estrogen as well and it does say it may help with joint pain and bone health even in post menopausal women, which I am at 75, but desperate for some kind of relief from the RA symptoms
