When I'm walking it feels like there's something sticky on the bottom of my foot and I can feel my skin sticking to the floor. But when I lift up my foot and examine it, there's nothing at all on my foot. Does anyone know what this is?

🤔 Could it be possible that your toe or ankle is out of joint and pinching a nerve causing this numb feeling? Perhaps check with a chiro. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just a thought.

I have this feeling whenever I go barefoot. My feet feel like they suction to the floor. I was diagnosed with neuropathy so not sure if it’s a circulation issue or not. I have asked the question but really don’t get an answer. Hope this helps.

Shelly6. Yes that's exactly how it feels. Suction to the floor and is never ready for lift off like the rest of my foot. Lol
