I have had a horrible month with my wrist and fingers. Now I feel RA in my toes,Jaws, left arm and knees. As bad as it is I find if I walk for 20 minutes I feel a little relief. I take magnesium, vitamin c,d3, zinc, olive oil 1 top in the morning and I take fish oil at night. Nothing is helping right now. I keep a food diary it helps. This last flare-up I think was brought on by a frozen Alfredo meal. Never again! Still having problems. I was diagnosed August of 2022..praying and asking God for help is very important for me. He gets me through so much.

Yup, carpal tunnel is one of the things that can go with RA, along with so many more things. Wish I had better news.

I don't think they are related simply because I had carpal tunnel years ago and it is when the tunnel in your wrist gets flattened out or squished somehow. Usually from being on the computer all the time. My chiropractor got rid of the carpal tunnel so I didn't need surgery. I don't have any symptoms of it and haven't for 20 years but the ra does hurt my wrist but it's a different pain.
