Has anyone had improvement with symptom of fatigue using one of the biologics?
I don't have much joint pain , have been on sulfasalazine with occasional use of ibuprofen but the fatigue is awful. Any activity makes me so tired , if I'm out all day, I need 2 days in bed to recover.

I have had an improvement in the fatigue area with Enbrel. About week 9, I stopped being sooooooo exhausted. Now I'm just tired, if that makes sense.

Yesterday it seemed like I’d hit a brick wall as every bit of energy left me. My husband was worried when he saw me early morning sitting in a chair with my head down, eyes closed and my arms hanging loosely at the side.
I’m having a hard time with fatigue to the point I feel lazy because I cannot do anything.

After 13 years of RA and methotrexate, I am on my second biologic and still suffer the fatigue and brain fog. I believe it’s just part of the disease that we have to bear.

I think that because most of us don’t sleep too well during the night, due to pain mostly, we are then prone to nodding off during the day. Many times I have had to shake myself awake in the works canteen and once that happens, it’s very hard to get going again.

I will watch this space in case someone else has the magical remedy for fatigue
