Good to know. One thing you mentioned was anxiety and now that I think about it, mine has increased since my diagnosis. I've never had much anxiety before - I could always get rid of it by figuring out what was bothering me and handle it - but not this because it's always present and never goes away. A constant reminder that I've got this disease and it's not going away. It's all about managing it and fighting it. It's exhausting and relentless.
I did it when I lived in NY. It really helped for pain, anxiety, and sleep. I tried all kinds of ways. I found the capsules, gummies, and melt aways at night helped for sleep. Vaping was good for instant relief (especially from pain). It also took the edge off. The tincture and powders didn't work that great for me. I only did medical marijuana (not pot) bc I never wanted to get high, but rather relax without pain. CBD also helps with inflammation. I'm hoping SC will have the program here soon. I think everyone should try it just to see if it helps. I can be expensive, though. Insurance doesn't cover it bc it's not legalized at the federal level. Once that happens, it will be covered.
I haven't but a friend of mine has and she says it helps a lot with the pain and insomnia. She uses gummies and swears by them. I'm also curious what others think.
