Members who have Sjögren's syndrome connected over the challenging symptoms of severe dry eyes, dry mouth, dry nose with nosebleeds, and the toll it takes on teeth, hair, and overall quality of life. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them manage symptoms, including Restasis eye drops twice daily, serum blood tears made from their own blood, moisture drops throughout the day, xylitol melts for dry mouth, humidifiers at night, nasal sprays, turmeric and ginger shots for aches, and GK hair products for dry hair. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of Sjögren's, with members describing how it has impacted their confidence, daily routines, and even forced some to give up beloved activities, while emphasizing the importance of finding the right treatments and staying connected to others who understand.

I take a surm, drop four times a day. This has my blood in it and been on this for several years. It works for me. But it cost almost 300.00 for very small bottle. Ins. Want pay for it. That is not right for them not to pay for it. My hair is not dry. Hugs

Yes, so much worse when I'm sick then dryness in overdrive. Recently diagnosed with Glacoma not sure if related but once we start down this path many things will go. So I have to go with the flow.
