Spearmint also helps me, but not as well the frankincense & myrrh mixture.

NOW essential oils (I got mine on Amazon). I put two droppers of each (frankincense & myrrh) until a large bottle of Eucerin Advanced Repair Body Lotion (16.9 oz). I did the same thing into NOW almond carrier oil for essential oils (16oz.)
