Members rallied around someone experiencing unexplained joint and muscle pain despite normal lab work, with many suggesting fibromyalgia as a possible explanation since it can cause widespread pain and fatigue even when inflammation markers appear normal. Several members shared their own experiences managing overlapping conditions like RA, fibromyalgia, lupus, and chronic Lyme, describing similar patterns of whole-body pain that doesn't always show up in bloodwork. A recurring theme was the importance of exploring additional diagnoses with a rheumatologist, trying natural remedies and physical therapy in warm water pools, and finding solidarity in knowing others truly understand the frustration of invisible pain.
