Totally agree. I can't explain it. No two days or two weeks are alike.

I dream of rest when I get those unpredictable flares ! I care for someone with vision problems and in his late sixties with a child that is 3 1/2 , non stop from the time I wake up til I go to bed . It's my ex husband . We agreed that if I stay at his house in exchange to help him. I feel bad for the child and for his situation . It seems like he doesnt care if I have one of those flare up days . It's been a Month and 2 weeks . I rather stay homeless !! Thank G-d my friend is willing to let me stay at her place until I find my own place . PURE torture when your not in the best of health ! I let him know before the move to his house that I'm not in the best of health and he said ,he understood...complete lie and desperation for a need of my help !!!

Yes.It certainly makes life challenging. It’s very difficult to plan ahead because of the unpredictability of this disease- will it be a good day or a bad day?! I try to listen to my body and take advantage of the good days and rest on the bad days.

Yes, some time the fatigue can be overwhelming and on other days it is hardly noticeable.

Some days are better than others for people with rheumatoid arthritis due to various factors:

- Health Variability: The fragility of health means that some days you may feel better or worse without a clear reason.
- Mental Health: Anxiety and other mental health symptoms can exacerbate physical pain, creating a cycle of bad days.
- Acceptance: Accepting that there will be fluctuations in how you feel can help manage expectations and reduce stress.

Remember, it's important to focus on small victories and appreciate the good days.
