Has Anyone Done The Aip Diet And What Were Your Results?
I am also drastically reducing grains and sugar from my diet. I keep in a small amount of dairy and I think my body is ok with that. I’ve found that sugar
( especially chocolate and white wine, even in small amounts) are my biggest triggers although I do feel a lot better being mostly gluten free. Haven’t gone full on AIP but would like to try it. Haven’t gotten myself organized enough yet though. It’s VERY restrictive.
No dairy, no sugar, no grains is working for me. I am so much better! It doesn't happen overnight. I found it very easy to stick to.
I looked it up. The diet that seems to have helped Many with symptoms is: No dairy (some goat), no sugar, no grains. I have always LOVED eggs but the past few months I don't care for them. I recently read they are not good for RA. AIP seems very different.
Auto Immune Paleo. I’m curious about this too.
