Yes! This is a very unique illness and each patient is very unique. Sad to say, everyone has to find what works for them. I recently joined a study about lung nodules and patients with RA. The research doctors are on to something (I don't know what), but he personally contacted me to discuss and follow up with any necessary treatment. The nodule was discovered during a routine physical with my primary doctor. She wasn't that concerned. I mentioned it to the RA doctor and she said I should have it checked out. I contacted a lung clinic and the research doctor completed a more thorough CT chest x-ray. I am now under annual appointments to monitor nodule growth. So please, follow up and report any reaction, it could be very serious. Be an active advocate for your body. Consider all information, and make your own decisions.

I've had RA for 37 years. My advice? TRUST YOU DOC, TRY THE MEDS. Side effects seem scary, but mostly they don't happen and you could miss the drug that will give you your life back. Good luck.

Ive been on Cimzia for six weeks. I have noticed less pain and swelling. Have had some pretty rough headaches and brain fog. Fatigue seems worse first couple days after injection .

We have had GREAT results for the past 4 months. Must have blood work checked @ every 3 months. Every medication has side effects.

I had great luck with Cimzia for 3 years.
