Members discussed numbness and cold feet in response to someone experiencing these symptoms, with many identifying peripheral neuropathy as a likely cause based on their own diagnoses confirmed through nerve testing. Several members described living with neuropathy in their feet, legs, hands, and arms, with one member sharing that while diagnosis brought clarity, treatment options remain limited, and others mentioned medications like Lyrica and topical treatments recommended by specialists or found on resources like the Mayo Clinic website. A recurring theme was the importance of seeing a doctor or specialist for proper evaluation and nerve testing, coupled with frustration over long wait times, lack of compassion from some healthcare providers, and the challenge of managing multiple overlapping conditions that make it hard to pinpoint causes.

Your doctor can recommend you to see a specialist who can do a nerve test on you to see what your problem is. That’s what I had done, results was peripheral neuropathy in feet, legs, hands and arms. Nice to find out but now what? There’s nothing that can be done with it. I just know what it is now and I don’t have to worry or wonder anymore. Good luck to you and I hope you find out for sure what it is you have and the best way to do that is with a specialist. Let me know what you find out or are going to do z sending Hugs and Prayers 🙏🙏😇
