Since I do not have access to a pool what can I do? I am 90 yrs. old and live in an Assisted Living facility. Because of the fear of falling, which got me into AL in the first place, I am wheelchair bound. I have shoulder pains and was told it is not a rotator cuff problem but due to RA, I had to have surgery for a bone-on-bone hip problem. But, I don't want surgery for my shoulder pain. Right now I GTG. Thanks, Norma5
Hi Norma- I agree Physical Therapy maybe a big help. Perhaps in the meantime here’s a link I suggest for my clients, that may help you short term.

Ther't, but 1 went to Guatamala for a vacation, another 1 arrived but was not boosted so he was turned away, a 3rd could not speak English so we could not communicate. Now ! It's New Year's Eve; and who knows what is going on ??? Norma5😦🤠💔😞
My best answer is to check with a physical therapist. They know safe movements for people with challenges like you face. Your doctor can give you a prescription for physical therapy. Good luck!
Thanks, the stretches were helpful, although there were some I absolutely could not do. Waiting for a dr's appointment next week.
I had a reverse shoulder replacement because it was torn and when he got in there a arthritis was too bad
