Got a rheumatologist appointment in 2 weeks to change meds if it hasn't kicked in but would it of been long enough to work yet?

My rheumatologist will not prescribe any pain meds while It awaiting approval for Humira. She is aware that I hate taking any medications, but I need some pain relief.

I wouldn't give up on it yet. Many Ra drugs need up to 3 months or even longer. Don't be discouraged though. You can ask your doc for pain relief.
