Members shared their favorite green tea brands and alternatives in response to a question about the benefits of drinking green tea, with popular choices including Yogi, Bigelow, Tazo Zen, and Luzianne, though many admitted they simply don't enjoy the taste and prefer black, peach, lemon ginger, or herbal teas instead. Several members offered practical tips for making green tea more palatable, such as not steeping it too long, adding honey or fruit flavors, trying matcha with oat milk, or mixing it with other teas, while others shared health-related concerns like green tea interfering with iron absorption for those with anemia or caffeine sensitivity affecting sleep. A recurring theme was the community's warmth and acceptance of different preferences, with members freely sharing their personal tea rituals, energy-boosting strategies, and encouraging one another to find what works best for their individual needs and tastes.

Green Tea (superfoods) may help ease Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms

"An apple a day may keep the doctor away — but a cup of green tea won’t hurt, either".

A study, conducted by a team of researchers at Washington State University (WSU), focused on one particular compound found in herbal green tea.

Called epigallocatechin-3-gallate or EGCG, the compound appeared to reduce ankle swelling in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis.

Hope this helps?

Hello. I cannot remember the name of the tea I drink. I love chamomile, and green tea with lemon. I drink alot of lemon water. It flushes your system and helps with inflammation. Go figure

Japanese teas, like sencha, japanese teas are fermented and rolled by hand, so i love the taste of the natural sweetness that comes with it.
Chinese teas like gunpowder are smoked for preservation, but taste awful.
When you are looking for are chinese tea, i look for tea from the unsmoked one from yunnah.
