Painful Lump Hurts When It’s Popping Up And Then Not Painful To Touch?

Painful Lump Hurts When It’s Popping Up And Then Not Painful To Touch?

I have had this happen a few months ago on both pointer fingers and then this morning on my middle finger. Hurts deep ache when it’s coming in and then it doesn’t hurt to touch but makes my finger a little crooked. Middle joint. Anyone else have this happen??

The OA nodes can sometimes be worse than the RA nodes.

Ouch Lalita:-( I am so sorry. It is so very hard when our blood work doesn’t show what our body’s are doing. My Rheumatologist always tells me he likes to see me in person so he can see what my body is doing because my labs show differently. Being seronegative makes it more difficult that’s for sure.

Hey Dawn! How are you?
My uneducated guess is maybe Heber dens nodes or Bouchard noodles?

Google these and see what you think.
Hope you are doing well.
Take care,

Clint

Yes...the new rude RA Dr acted like it's not and asked me why is my hand swollen and my foot was worse and didn't even bother to x-ray my foot instead , she X-rayed my hands !!🤨

I have one on each of my pinkie fingers. On my right hand it has stayed very sore to the touch. Well actually I have them on all my fingers. On my right hand my fingers are really bent and starting to deform.
Will seems a picture when I can.

Good luck.
