Does Anyone Else Have Fatigue That Doesn't Go Away With Rest?
I feel exhausted most days and wake up as exhausted as before sleeping. Doesn't seem to matter whether I sleep 2 hours or 10 hours.
Yes. I work in a lab for at least 40 hours a week and the lab stools and constantly standing over the hoods leads to me wanting to go to sleep as soon as I get home.
I really recommend trying yoga. You can do really slow yoga that is more stretching (yin yoga) if you are having a bad pain day. But flow yoga, especially helps me stay awake and gives me energy. You can find practices on YouTube for free. That is really the only thing that has helped me
I hope your fatigue gets better soon!
I have the same issue with feeling tired and I work full-time and often I need to take it easy on the weekends. It really does seem like I feel worse just laying on the couch doing nothing though. I try to stay moving around and doing easy choirs and I think my body feels better when I do. I also think my attitude is better by at least trying to get something done and if I just lay around I feel guilty for not doing anything lol 😅🤣. It's a visious cycle which also kicks in my anxiety. Good luck with your health and I truly wish you the best
Thanks!
Same here. I work 40 hours a week as a manager in a jewelry store and always moving even when I don't want to be. When I'm home and not moving it's worse. So I fight through the fatigue. It is the worst feeling to sleep and wake and still feel very fatigued and know you have a full day ahed of you. I push though it as best I can. There are days that are worst then others for sure.
