I've been eating fresh fruits whole grain breads , olive oil. Vegan foods which is mayo, butter and certain vegetables that are RA friendly brown and black rice , my poi of course poke which is raw fish baked fish, fried but in olive or Vegan butter. Seaweed. Go to Pinecrest omgee the recipes on there if off the chain. I quit drinking 🍸, no pork little beef. But I still eat chicken 🐔 😋

I follow Beachbody and eat minimal amounts of processed food. Beachbody just released a 4 gut protocol program which is phenomenal.

Yes- over the past 10 years I've tried all kinds of cure alls and supplements as well as vegan for 6 mos. We are never too old to try new things though.

I do eat pig. I come from a long line of pig eaters and there is no meat that can compare or give taste and satisfaction as pig. Seaweed? I tried that- tastes like fish guts. Spirulina gave me a belly ache. Pig is not responsible for RA. Neither is a lot of other stuff. Personally, I believe it's pollution, environmental toxins etc. Food additives and unintentional contaminants during processing and packaging which we weren't meant to consume. And certain DNA markers we all have in common to make us vulnerable. So, now, no white sugar. No restauraunt food. No processed foods. But, I try to enjoy a few things in moderation. Like 1 serving of icecream once a year. Or a brownie once every 3 months or so. Mostly we gotta try to keep mobile and keep our happy. Also, we are coffee guzzlers. No cream or sugar thankyou.

But- I admire dieters. Bc it takes willpower to stay to rules. If you find one that works- stay on it. We are all different in what works or what triggers our flares. And anything is worth the try to end the RA sludge.
