It has worked wonders for me. It did take 6 months for me to notice a change. I had almost gave up. I can definitely tell I have RA still but my quality of life now compared to before it a lot better.

Best drug I ever tried. Helped me for 10 years. But a warning- this drug may not help you. It's an individual thing, but don't give up. Keep trying, with the help of your doc to find the right one. Then you will be lots better.
