Now that CBD is sold everywhere now, have you tried it yet and do you think it's helping 🤔

Members shared mixed but largely positive experiences with CBD products for managing rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, with many finding relief through creams applied to knees and shoulders, capsules taken at night for restless legs and sleep, or gummies that helped reduce anxiety and swelling. Several members emphasized the importance of finding quality products through research or doctor recommendations, noting that results varied widely and some found no benefit at all, while others were able to reduce or eliminate prednisone and anxiety medications after adding CBD to their regimen. A recurring theme was the practical experimentation required to find what works, with members trying various forms including oils, vapes, topicals, and edibles, and the acknowledgment that CBD may not be strong enough for severe pain but can effectively take the edge off moderate discomfort.

I have not tried the creams, but have tried the gummies. They have really helped with anxiety, and swelling. I have gotten off of prednisone, and anxiety drugs. They are a great addition to my regimen!!

Hi Jane, I had a medical marijuana card and I tried so many different products and combinations of thc/cbd. I found zero relief. Then a friend gave me a cbd gummy and it took the edge off of the pain 🙃

l find that using the cream on my knees and outer hip/ thigh makes me able to move( walk exercise…) with much less discomfort. It brings my joint pain down from a 7 to a 3. Pretty good! Also, for me , the change in weather- rainy damp- plays a big role in my pain level. But when needed, CBD cream does the trick- takes the edge off!🤗
