I just started 1st shot today. Just wondering if anyone has had side effects or how long it takes to kick in?

It varies for each of us, as to side effects and length of time. The average for new meds to work to 6 to 8 weeks.
What med are you taking and how often?
May I suggest, try keeping a journal of the date, time, reactions good or bad, then you can share this with your Rheumatologist.

Humira took about 3 months to start working. My levels are good but I still have pain.
