Icy Hot Patches

Icy Hot Patches

Has anyone used the icy hot patches for relief 🤔

I've used Diclofenac patches, but only for my Fibromyalgia. I discovered a neck heating pad that also vibrates. I used it for the first time yesterday and it really felt good. I used my larger clay heating pad on my back by moving it up and down my spine.
