Has anyone used the icy hot patches for relief 🤔

I've used Diclofenac patches, but only for my Fibromyalgia. I discovered a neck heating pad that also vibrates. I used it for the first time yesterday and it really felt good. I used my larger clay heating pad on my back by moving it up and down my spine.

No ive never tried patches. I mostly use Voltaren cream, which I believe is a gift from God Himself!! And I use naproxin

I have started using Procure Epsom Salt Rub. It is wonderful! Massages pain away! Works fast!

Yes I use them on the back.
I also use Salonpas on my knees.
