I am seronegative, so I don't know that the RF matters, but check with your rheumatologist. Also, I never have elevated inflammation markers in my bloodwork, but I have bone erosion and MRIs always show inflammation. You need a good doctor and the right meds. Try moving as much as possible. It can help with stiffness and pain

Do you have a rheumatologist? If so you need to tell him or her that your disease is not under control.

According to Johns Hopkins ArthritisCenter,
"Normal range of Rheumatoid Factor level varies. Each laboratory has its own normal range depends on which assay they use. Most laboratory’s normal range is from 0.0 to 14.0.

Any level higher than their normal range is abnormal."
