I used to have the most beautiful, long, thick hair - but the methotrexate has totally changed its texture, and it is now so much thinner and breaks off more easily. I would definite not bleach mine, as I don't want to make it any worse! That's just me though! You may not have experienced the bad hair side effect. I've been on methotrexate for over 2 years now.

I'm taking folic acid and other supplements for my hair but it doesn't seems to help. Hair is falling out and is very brittle at the moment.

Are you taking folic acid? It helps with hair issues from med.
