Quercetin With Bromelain To Reduce C-Reactive Protein

A myRAteam Member asked a question 💭
Oakland, CA

Just wanted to share that my C-Reactive Protein, a marker for inflammation, went from 26 to 5 in two weeks after supplementing with Quercetin with Bromelain. Anything over 10 is considered high. I also feel a lot better. I highly recommend it.

Glow11 - definitely give it a try! Amazing that it only took two weeks to lower my CRP that much. I know that CRP can fluctuate, but it's almost always over 10 and often over 20. Quercetin also helps with allergies, immunity, blood pressure, and blood sugar. It's a great supplement. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/quercetin#...

My mom took Bromelain for years for a bad hip (osteoarthritis) and she swore by it. Thanks for the info.
