Hi MsDebbie. I read your story. Sending a big hug. I understand your anger. Anger and frustration are my constant companions these days. It is a vicious cycle, tough to break. Have you talked to your PCP about your concerns? Can you talk to a nutritionist? Find other things to occupy your time, thoughts and hands. Do you have hobbies or activities that you really enjoy? Are you able to do low impact exercise like walking? Your rheumatologist can advise you on the best exercises to do and how much. Every little bit helps π€ You are strong. You can do it!
I think it is fairly common to eat when we are down (especially sugary or starchy things). Comfort food as they say. I have found that if I am really worried about something I can go the other way though and not want to eat anything at all. It can all be such a vicious circle.
I struggle with the same issueπ
