I have RA and Sjogren's and have many gastric issues. Could be connected to either one. They're both inflammatory diseases.

I would totally check with my Rheumatologist if I were you. I’m guessing it is all connected. But, there is also a disease called Axial Spondyloarthritis that has the symptoms you are describing. Google it to see if it sounds familiar to you.
