Thank you so much. I’m supposed to start PT in a few weeks. I sure hope it helps. I am wearing sleeves an my upper legs and the compression seems to help too.

I have been on methotrexate for almost 2 mos and feel worse than when I started it. I am exhausted every day. I'm slowly weaning myself off it. Seems like I feel worse every day!

I also use elbow and knee sleeves. Prednisone is another add on Dr prescribed. Though says, its just tendinitis ", kind hurts that he says that. Wishing you a good today and better tomorrow.

Occupational therapy has helped with this immensely. I use a black foam roller and yoga and PT techniques.
