I used to be on Relpax and it worked great. Due to Insurance reasons they changed me to Imitrex. It takes longer to work and doesn't work as long or as well. It gives me a swelling type feeling in my neck muscles, shoulders, arms and hands. I have put up with it but am looking to switch back to Relpax if I can.

Good to know I'm not the only one. I love Imitrex...it has worked for me for years, but I feel like I need to try something else that doesn't cause as much pain everywhere else!! Thank you!

Thank you!! Sumatriptan is the generic form of Imitrex and that is what's making my joints ache so much when I take it. Trying to find something else that works for other folks who suffer from migraines.
Thanks again!
