I got both doses of pfizer vaccine, no side effects only sore arm at injection site, i think since our immune system is compromised, our side effects are weak if any, dont be afraid, i would avoid johnsons because of potential blood clots, but pfizer and moderna should be ok for us

Members shared their experiences getting the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine while managing autoimmune conditions, with most reporting minimal side effects like a sore arm, though some experienced temporary flu-like symptoms or swollen lymph nodes that doctors confirmed showed their immune systems were responding. Several members discussed whether to pause medications like Methotrexate, Xeljanz, or Humira around vaccination time, with approaches varying widely based on individual medical guidance and comfort levels. A recurring theme was gratitude for vaccine access and relief at being able to protect themselves and their families, tempered by reminders from the community that immunocompromised individuals may need continued precautions like masking even after vaccination.

Folks,
Research is still ongoing, but the CDC says those who are immunocompromised may still need extra precautions, even after vaccinations for COVID-19.
Way too many people on immunosuppressing drugs are testing negative for COVID-19 antibodies after being vaccinated.
Bottom line:

Please do not burn your mask!
I for one, do not want to lose anyone here!

I had my two dosages of the Pfizer vaccine and had very minor side effects, just a slight soreness at the injection site. I am not taking any medications at this time.

I did not have to stop my Humira of Leflunomide for the shots.
