Power Plate Whole Body Vibration Technology

A myRAteam Member asked a question 💭

Have any of you used whole body vibration technology such as Power Plate? It’s a platform you can stand on that moves in small quick increments up & down, side to side, and forward & back. It’s supposed to help muscles engage and contract to improve recovery, flexibility, strength, and balance for muscles and bones. I have osteopenia and would like to use it to prevent osteoporosis and to increase my bone strength and overall fitness.

There’s one in a gym a few towns away that I’d like to try after my Covid vaccines. I want to see how it feels before I would invest in a home model.
