In my experience as a NP, you are on the highest dose.
Prednisone will help bring the inflammation down, in turn the pain. Duloxetine has pain relieving effects. I sincerely hope this combination works to alleviate some pain for you.

I wore the above gloves for months until I got my symptoms under control. My blood tests were all normal. Aside from my reported symptoms, MRI results and my family history were the only things that pointed to RA.

My bloodtests don't show I have RA.(It doesn't show up in some peoples bloodwork) If I have a flare-up is that not going to show up too?
