Kevzara And Covid 19

I'm getting conflicting answers from my rheumatologist and my primary care doctors about taking Kevxara and getting Covid-19. My primary care doctor has told me that because I am taking Kevzara that I can't get Covid-19. On the other hand I asked my rheumatologist that very same question. Can I get Covid while on Kevzara? My rheumatologist says yes, you can still get Covid-19 while on Kevzara. So my question is, who do I believe?? I'm stunned in hearing two different answers who come from… read more

The first doctor was mistaken, you are perhaps more at risk if you are taking immunosuppressants. I am on humira and have had both shots. Good luck and stay safe!

As far as I am aware, they have used Kevzara in large doses on some covid patients it helps some not all. Never read or heard that it will stop you getting covid.

My specialty is mRNA which is the only vaccine in the United States presently in both Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations.

Get COVID-19.
Certainly I’ve seen enough of those choices because there was no other choice for us within immunosuppressed immune system and I have had a belly full of death.
