I was on it for a while alone and it worked but not 100%. However, it has always been my back burner medicine i like to call it. I consistently stay on arava while changing my second med. arava and enbrel is what has worked for me.

My arthritis symptoms are fine on Arava alone, but my skin is experiencing some extreme dryness and peeling.

My hair started falling out while i was using it so i took myself off of it a out 1 month ago. I was taking it in combination with Placquinil. Very discouraging to loose my hair so i stopped it. My rheumatologist thinks the Placquinil should be fine alone but so far, my joints still hurt.

Arava has worked well for me. In fact , my hair has grown back as my inflamatiio. rate has come down.
