Hi. Has anyone heard that Vitamin D deficiency causes fatigue and bone pain that resemble RA? It also weakens the immune system. So my question is, how does one differentiate between the two?

If your doctor exams you and does proper testing they will be able to tell the difference. I taken vitamins D but Seropositive RA to me is so Chronic inflamation and pain
Yes, vitamin D deficiency can cause bone pain.
That was the same for me too. I virtually had no trace of vitamin D in my body. After another blood test due to hands swelling I was diagnosed with RA. I live in England so mostly rainy and cold. I take vitamin d every day and have done for the last 4 years. Stay safe
