Essential oil - CLOVE and mix it with a few drops of a carrier oil like Coconut oil, almond oil. My sister used this for her shingles ! She said it really did help

I use PEA supplement and L carnitine and alpha lipoic acid for the burning and tingling. It’s been a life saver for me. Gabapentine and amitriptalyne help for that as well but after five years they stopped working for me πŸ€—

There is no rash and isnt red, just feels like it is burning
