I use PEA supplement and L carnitine and alpha lipoic acid for the burning and tingling. It’s been a life saver for me. Gabapentine and amitriptalyne help for that as well but after five years they stopped working for me 🤗

Taxer,
You want to let your Rheumatologist know what is going on, this could be a side effect to a med you are taking. You don't want this to turn into Stephens-Johnson, which could land you in the hospital burn unit!
Better safe than sorry!
Take care of you!
