How Much Turmeric Should I Take?

I’m taking turmeric 450mg once daily. I can’t tell if it’s making a difference. If you’re taking turmeric, what dose do you find helpful?

I can only take low doses of tumeric if it's mixed in with other things, but I know if I stop taking something and notice I feel worse (I usually try that at least 3 times) , then it is helping. You may also want to try another dose to make 2 doses a day and I would suggest with a meal because tumeric can upset some people's stomachs (I'm one of them). I read quite a long time ago that some people need at least 900 mg to make a difference. Praying it helps you!

I found a Turmeric tea...it seems to show results much more than supplements. Sometimes with supplements you don't really know how fresh the product really is. Get the fresh stuff if and when you can.
